摘要: Background: Various treatment methods have been used to improve pain, back-specific disability such as manual therapy, back school strengthening and stretching exercises, kinesio Taping (KT) various modalities. The discrepancy in the outcome of many studies creates doubts that whether or not Physical Therapy a positive impact on improving pain specific disability. Kinesio is novel technique which said subjects with Non-specific low pain. In spite KT popularity, efficacy its has adequately researched. Purpose Study: To find out there any difference effectiveness conjunction conventional therapy compared alone lumbar extension range motion Methods: 30 were randomly assigned into two groups. Group 1(n=15) received B (n=15) for 4 weeks. was given 1 session per week weeks effects recorded at 2 nd th after intervention. Result: Independent ‘t’ test between group analysis repeated measure ANOVA within analysis. followed by Post-hoc Newman Keuls significance mean comparisons. Subject showed better significant results than all parameters week. Discussion & Conclusion: present study we found improvement VAS RMQ group. There significantly higher 61.2% 61.5% (back pain) (backspecific disability) respectively improved 52.4% patients those who Conventional alone, but did reach statistical significance. Brief Summary Potential Implications: thus, suggests physiotherapists use clinical practice management Chronic Low Back Pain.
