摘要: The present study deals with the estimation of nutritional status by four anthropometric indices, viz. Quetelet’s index (QI), Oliver’s typologic (OTI), Lorenz’s constitutional (LCI) and muscle (MI). Subjects were selected from 106 confirmed cases patients low back pain (69 females, 37 males, aged 21-76 years) who came to OPD Aulakh Bone Joint Centre, Tarn Taran, Punjab, India. In findings, gender distribution chi-square values indices showed MI LCI significantly associated LBP in both sexes QI was found be statistically significant only. With age-related values, all age groups but, male patients, only younger group, i.e. 21-30 years. LCI, OTI 41-50 years, 51+ years respectively. Occupation-wise revealed that working women housewives but LCI. group others (comprisedof politicians, carpenters, retired employees labourers), agricultural workers, agriculture, businessmen others. It could concluded that, successfully used as risk indicators LBP. Key Words : Index, Typologic Constitutional Index,  Muscle pain.
