摘要: Abstract To compare the susceptibility of early life stages (ELS) rainbow trout (Salmo gairdneri), acute toxicity studies were carried out with cadmium, maneb, pentachlorophenol, 1,2,4,5-tetrachlorobenzene, parathion and dieldrin. The tests performed fertilized eggs before after water hardening, eye point eggs, late sac fry fry. In all cases stage appeared most critical period. Additionally, short-term static bioaccumulation experiments [14C]dieldrin. A kinetic model was developed for accumulation studies. bioconcentration factor increased during embryonic development, reached a maximum at fell off again stage. uptake rate constant clearly once egg membrane had disappeared its clearance sharply Dieldrin recovered almost completely from yolk, which acted as temporary ‘toxicant sink’. Changes in ELS S. gairdneri to pollutants are explained by metabolic modifications embryolarval development only partly differences accessibility toxicants. conclusion it is stated that view lack fish data, exposure practical approximation establishing toxicant concentrations acceptable fish.
