摘要: OBJECTIVES Ketoprofen is a common human medicine from class of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), which provably detected in surface waters concentrations ordinarily μg.L-1. The aim this study was to compare the acute toxicity ketoprofen embryonic and juvenile stages aquarium fish - zebrafish (Danio rerio). METHODS Tests were performed according methods Organisation for Economic Co-operation Development (OECD) No. 203 (Fish, test) OECD 212 short-term test on embryo sac-fry stages). RESULTS results showed (mean ± SD) LC50 value be 632.30 ± 10.10 mg.L-1 6.44 ± 2.22 mg.L-1 zebrafish. revealed statistically significantly higher sensitivity (p<0.01) compared its juveniles. susceptibility embryos depends many factors, especially yet improperly developed enzymatic system embryos, different ways absorption substance into organism or differences metabolism pathways. CONCLUSIONS low, but seems toxic stages.
