摘要: In vitro clonal multiplication of apple rootstock MM 111 using axillary buds and shoot apices were carried out. Vegetative the size 0.2-2.0 cm measuring 4 mm in length initiated to proliferation on MS medium supplemented with BA (0.5 - 1.0 mgl(-1)), GA3(0.5 or without IBA(0.05 0.1 mgl(-1)). Small explants showed less phenol exudation contamination. Following establishment phase, small shoots emerged from subcultured different combinations concentrations growth regulators. (1.0 mgl(-1)) GA3 combination highest rate (1:5), andcl also produced longer shoots. Two step rooting was done by transferring microcuttings auxin free solid after root initiation dark 1/2 strength liquid containing IBA mgl(-1) ). Rooted plantlets transferred peat paper cups resulting plants acclimated successfully for transfer field.
