摘要: Background The recent reports on the decreasing susceptibility of Plasmodium falciparum to artemisinin derivatives along Thailand and Myanmar border are worrying. Indeed it may spread India then Africa, repeating same pattern observed for chloroquine resistance. Therefore, is essential start monitoring P. sensitivity its partner drugs in Africa. Efficacy AL ASAQ were tested by carrying out an vivo drug efficacy test, with ex study against six anti-malarial nested into it. Results latter reported here.
