摘要: Abstract Sex, social position and roles have been identified as important health predictors. Moreover, various variables found to bear differently upon female compared male health. This study analyses data from a large-scale registration project in general practice (the Continuous Morbidity Registration), pertaining the medical diagnoses of nearly 10,000 patients over five year period. The effects sex, class, marital parental status on number distinct categories problems were established, possible differential impact was explored. Categories studied ‘overall problems’, ‘sex specific conditions’, ‘symptoms without disease’, ‘prevention diagnostics’ ‘trauma’.
