摘要: We assessed functional disability with the Stanford Health Assessment Questionnaire Functional Disability Index (FDI) in 1,274 patients rheumatoid arthritis (RA) followed longitudinally for up to 12 years. The rate of loss increased sharply after first clinic visit. Half RA (median survival time) will reach FDI scores about 1 2 years, 6 and 2.5 10 years visit, levels that correspond moderate, severe very ability. outcomes may be predicted by simple demographic clinical assessments, best which are self-assessed measures global severity, pain function.
