摘要: Cellular migration, known as chemotaxis, is a phenomenon that has been studied over the past century. Its relevance in biology was observed by Metchnikoff, who first to clearly demonstrate how primary defense mechanisms relied on migration of inflammatory cells areas injury. Later, focus ability bacterial products attract neutrophil granulocytes — forerunners or “the anti-terrorist corps” body’s against tissue injury penetration. Thus, it calculated granulocyte can move 70 times faster than T lymphocyte. This means days before cell separation became applicable, one saw when studying “cellular migration” were granulocytes. And this type response all infections, except few such mycobacterial infections.
