摘要: Extracorporeal photopheresis (ECP) is an established therapy for transplant rejection, graft-versus-host disease (GvHD) after allogeneic stem cell transplantation, cutaneous T-cell lymphoma and systemic autoimmune disorders such as sclerosis. Knowledge regarding the in vivo behaviour of cells reinfusion very limited. The aim this prospective study was to investigate path 8-MOP-/UVA-exposed radiolabelled ECP treatment reinfusion. In single-centre study, peripheral blood mononuclear (PBMC) neutrophils 10 patients undergoing part their regular were labelled separately with (111) In-oxine exposure 8-MOP/UVA prior fate leucocytes monitored at min, 3.5 24 h following whole-body scintigraphy. Comparison distribution patterns showed that PBMC have different kinetic intravenous reinjection. most prominent difference immediate retention but not lungs corresponding a signal three times more intense. After h, than 80% both populations could be detected liver spleen. By means novel tool allowing tracking ECP, we show organ-specific homing can visualized migration differ between neutrophils. Based on our results, further studies should (i) extend morphometric described here specific ECP-responsive conditions (ii) functionally address interaction ECP-modified pulmonary tissue experimental models.
