摘要: Background: Because of some insult to kidney during transplantation, assessment function after the procedure is essential. It would be ideal find a marker better than creatinine early predict acute injury. Objective: To compare with predictive value serum neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin (NGAL) in detecting recovery renal transplantation. Methods: We studied 33 patients who received transplantation (deceased [n=20] and live [n=13]) 6-month period 2010. Serum NGAL creatinine, hemoglobin, blood glucose were measured at 0, 12, 24, 48, 72 hours transplantation. The need for dialysis one week studied. Results: There 16 men 17 women mean±SD age 36.3±12.2 (range: 14–58) years. Of patients, 6 had delayed graft (DGF; hemodialysis within first transplant); 9 slow (SGF; reduction from day 7 <70%), 23 immediate (IGF; ≥70%). At any time, NGAL, levels significantly higher among DGF (p=0.024) SGF (p=0.026) compared those IGF. However, got IGF vs non-IGF, not different (p=0.59) but differed significantly(p=0.020). Receiver-operating characteristic (ROC) curve area under curves (AUCs) on post-transplantation similar significance predicting patient’s week. using AUC was helpful NGAL. AUCs 0.70 (95% CI: 0.52–0.89) 0.76 0.59–0.93) 12 24 hours, respectively (p<0.05). highest (0.82) attributed hour (p=0.002). Conclusion: level especially post-transplantation, seems an accurate predictor both
