摘要: Here, we report a new approach that integrates pulsed Q dissociation (PQD) and electron transfer (ETD) techniques for confident quantitative identification of iTRAQ-labeled phosphopeptides. The use isobaric tags relative absolute quantification enables high-throughput peptides via reporter ion signals in the low m/z range tandem mass spectra. PQD, form trap collision activated dissociation, allows detection mass-to-charge fragment ions, is especially useful sequencing contain post-translational modifications. Analysis phosphoproteome human fibroblast cells using sensitive linear spectrometer demonstrated this hybrid improves both ETD improved phosphopeptide identification, while PQD provides
