摘要: Summary A study of lipogenesis in neoplastic tissues has shown that acetate and glucose carbon can be utilized for synthesis the fatty acid chain. However, data indicate this process is probably too slow to supply lipid needs a rapidly growing tumor, tumor must therefore obtain its lipids preformed from host.
