摘要: Asymmetric information and bounded rationality of individuals, bring the firm network organization a number risks, influence individual good run in overall efficiency improvements. The paper enable people to have in-depth knowing more comprehensive with phenomenon embed risk organizations, providing members guidance. This study begins perspective organizations embedded, taking CNRO Science-Technology Development Co. Ltd. as an example three research, collecting certain depth breadth scientific method accordance grounded theory, collected, posted 175 labels given concept tagged 103 referential phenomenon, construct expression theme words, finally, essay extracted from 61 areas, namely, second class keywords. In course study, analysis each decoding data, conclusion that theory rooted data are four main embedded risk.
