摘要: Abstract A simple, sensitive and precise method is described for the fluorometric determination of tocopherol in sheep plasma. Precautions taken at each step procedure to guard against oxidative losses give recoveries 93–100%. The variation free level with seasonal pasture change pregnancy ranged from 128 μg 100 ml plasma (SE 6.76) nonpregnant ewes on dry summer feed 284 10.4) full term.
