摘要: We studied the contamination level of soils Sarno River basin in southwestern Italy by combined acute toxicity test with Dapnia magna and chemical extraction polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) organochlorine pesticides (OCPs). For ecotoxicological assessment, 188 samples were taken coincided those a previous study (2013) where heavy metals surveyed. organics 21 selected nearby representative areas elevated anthropic pressure. About 10.1 % showed noticeable sign D. mortality, 61–100 %, fall along potentially floatable Solofrana basins high degree Cr, As, Zn, Hg. High levels ecotoxicity, determined lower moderate or low Cd, Cu Hg, Pb, Sb, Sn, Zn. Benzo(a)pyrene, indenopyrene, benzo(g,h,i)perylene present at concentrations 0.32, 0.23, 0.18 mg kg−1, respectively, 2- to 3-fold law limits most falling points ecotoxicity output was close 100 %. Among OCPs, pp′-DDT had mean 0.225 kg−1 hence about more than 200- 2-fold residential, 0.01 commercial/industrial limits, 0.1 mainly central valley an area benzopyrene mortality also observed. The evidenced rate PAHs OCPs need urgent remediation actions.
