摘要: Ketamine street tablets often contain several other compounds in addition to ketamine, among them is caffeine. The purpose of this study was examine whether caffeine interacts with ketamine-induced behavioural and toxic effects. Male ICR mice were treated ketamine alone or combined various doses caffeine, then the locomotor activity, rotarod test, prepulse inhibition acoustic startle, loss righting reflex, mortality rate examined. Caffeine enhanced hyperactivity, caused disruption performance, rates due whereas deficits anaesthesia remained unaffected. These findings demonstrate that use combination enhances its stimulant responses lethal risk, suggesting a potentially interaction exists between
