摘要: We have studied how callus cultures from two clones of Norway spruce influence the growth pathogens, Ceratocystis polonica and Heterobasidion annosum, when co-cultivated in vitro. In field experiments, trees clone 409 were susceptible to both fungi, whereas 589 was less affected. Callus cultured on medium containing cytokinins (benzylaminopurine, kinetin) with or without auxin (2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid). For co-cultivation fungus, one piece placed towards edge each Petri dish. One 14 days after inoculation dishes co-inoculated fungus. Both strongly stimulated initial fungi. Clone inhibited fungi inoculated day callus. When for before co-inoculation H. annosum only.
