Agrobacterium rhizogenes-mediated transformation of Hypericum tomentosum L and Hypericum tetrapterum Fries.

摘要: This is the first evidence on successful Agrobacterium rhizogenes-mediated genetic transformation of two species from genus Hypericum, H. tomentosum L. and tetrapterum Fries. Hairy root cultures were induced segments both Hypericum by agropine wild-type strains A. rhizogenes, ATCC 15834 A4. The transgenic character hairy was proved PCR amplification rolABCD genes. In some lines aux genes detected as well.
