The cystic tumor of pancreas head had a diameter 2 cm, the mural nodule measured only 3 mm. In body at 1.5 cm measuring It believed that were benign. However, lesion recognized, thus, possibility malignancy could not be completely ruled out. reduction operation for preservation pancreatic parenchyma should selected these circumstances.
