摘要: Melanoma probably is the most aggressive cancer in humans and remains one of leading causes death developed countries. This review summarizes important alterations protooncogenes tumor suppressor genes that contribute to pathogenesis malignant melanoma, with a special emphasis on involved signaling pathways. Our knowledge molecular biology melanoma has been benefited from recent advances high-throughput technologies analyzing wide genomic gene expression profiles have uncovered unknown candidate genes. To test interactions between distinct pathways those environment wealth genetically modified animal models generated over past years. Other studies focused isolation stem cells characterization their survival maintenance. A consequence all these emergence potential new strategies could improve still inadequate arsenal therapeutic tools fight against this fatal disease.
