摘要: Abstract Fluorescence polarization has been widely used for the studies on molecular motion in solution and applied to immunoassays proteins, therapeutic drug monitoring clinical pharmacy, assays environmentally toxic compounds. Because fluorescence is most readily applicable kinetic analysis of binding reaction between a substance having small mass receptor molecule, this method easily carbohydrate–lectin binding. In tutorial Thematic Review, we briefly introduce principles some applications technique glycobiology.
