摘要: Abstract The freeze drying-based additive manufacturing can be used to process porous ceramics. However, the lack of freezing direction leads disorderly structure. This paper proposes a frozen slurry-based laminated object (FS-LOM) for processing Slurry was composed water, alumina powder, and organic binder. water in fresh slurry layer crystallized obtain good support strength. outline 2D pattern cut with laser gasify ice crystal After stacking, dried lamellar crystals were induced growth vertically by layer-by-layer freezing. uniformity orientation pore structure improved, compression strength parts improved. Due slurry, deformation green part avoided.
