摘要: Abstract Flocs and granules tend to coexist in a single reactor. Granules can improve microbial retention capacity, however, the role of flocs CANON reactor remains unclear. The changes nitrogen removal performance communities between flocs-granules hybrid granule-based systems were studied this experiment. With reduction ratio (35% → 10%), deteriorated. average efficiency rate dropped from 81.4% 67.2% 0.225 0.174 kg/(m3·d), respectively. contribution heterotrophic denitrifying bacteria decreased 13.5% 1%, leading pathways systems. Furthermore, activities anaerobic aerobic ammonium oxidizing declined dramatically, which weakened performance. Thus, system with near 35% is recommended for use
