摘要: We investigate the low temperature acoustic energy relaxation in quantum wells presence of disorder incorporating dynamic screening utilising Keyldysh formalism. Since most two-dimensional systems are not exactly two dimensional and there is a strong anisotropy between responses electron gas to an external perturbation along perpendicular growth axis, therefore finiteness electronic wave function must be accounted for order correspond with realistic systems. The (DEG) formalism determination scattering rate loss obtained by Reizer et al has been accordingly tailored well (QW) case invoking Fang–Howard form factor. find that consideration affects exponent as pre-factor β from earlier reported approximate βT4 power law βT6 2DEG under static disorder. Further, it observed rates decline 3DEG → QW 1DEG. lie below because added weakening due inclusion factors.
