摘要: Aim This study sought to confirm the test–retest reliability and validity of National Center for Geriatrics Gerontology functional assessment tool (NCGG-FAT), a newly developed multidimensional neurocognitive function using tablet personal computer (PC). Methods This included 20 community-dwelling older adults (9 females, aged 65–81 years). Participants were administered NCGG-FAT twice, separated by approximately 30 days determine reliability. To test measure, participants underwent established measurements, including memory, attention, executive function, processing speed visuospatial within week from first administration NCGG-FAT. Results Test–retest was in an acceptable range each component NCGG-FAT, with intraclass correlation coefficients ranging 0.764 0.942. Each task showed moderate high scores on widely-used conventional tests (r = 0.496 0.842). Conclusion We found that PC reliable sample adults. The might be useful cognitive screening population-based samples outcomes, enabling effects intervention among Geriatr Gerontol Int 2013; 13: 860–866.
