摘要: Abstract Some antipsychotic agents have been found to produce agranulocytosis and aplastic anemia. The oxidation phenomena and/or the formation of free radicals has suggested be causally related various hematological disorders, e.g., agranulocytosis. Using five experimental conditions, we tested oxidative potential compounds with without a history side effects, A statistical analysis was undertaken for each condition multivariate combining all results performed. Two peroxidase-induced radical models did not successfully discriminate between drugs causing hematologic problems (
