摘要: Abstract The trapping probability of Cl 2 on a Cl-adatom-covered GaAs{110} surface is measured as function incident kinetic energy and angle for room temperature surface. decreases with increasing in manner that depends the larger observed at more normal angles incidence. This behavior interpreted indicating primary importance parallel momentum accommodation dynamics this reactive gas/surface system.
