摘要: Provided are a dynamic resource allocation method and apparatus in an Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access (OFDMA)-based cognitive radio system downlink frame structure of the apparatus. The includes base station (BS) selecting one Adaptive Modulation Coding (AMC) subchannel scheme, which comprising at least bin first plurality continuous subcarriers frequency domain, is allocated, diversity second scattered domain according to level selectivity unused idle band; BS allocating termin al selected scheme. Accordingly, throughput can be increased.
