The objective of our study was to assess physiologic lung deformation and compression originating from cardiovascular motion their subsequent impact on determining the volume small pulmonary nodules throughout cardiac cycle ECG-gated MDCT.SUBJECTS AND METHODS. Seventy-three noncalcified were identified in 30 patients who underwent MDCT. each nodule assessed using computer-aided automatic segmentation algorithms, assessment repeated three times.
