摘要: Die Verletzung der thorakalen Aorta, deren Prognose trotz aller Fortschritte im Rettungswesen und Notfallmedizin auch heutzutage noch sehr ungunstig ist, stellt eine vergleichsweise seltene Erkrankung gefaschirurgischen Alltag dar. Dabei wird die Diagnose Therapie bei den eher jungen Patienten durch oftmals dramatischen Begleitumstande beeinflusst ein interdisziplinares Vorgehen meistens erforderlich.
