摘要: The present invention provides a producing method of powder particles having an average particle diameter on the order submicrons. Specifically, is obtained by grinding product to be ground using plural media, wherein media including at least one kind (grinding medium A) 0.01 5 times and B) 10 450 times, with respect before being ground, are used.
