摘要: Ceramic composite material that has excellent mechanical properties within a range from room temperature to high and die release with respect glass, resins, ceramics, similar substances. The ceramic is composed of phase containing 2 98 wt. % carbon and/or boron nitride as the main component, mean particle size 100 nm or less, wherein thermal expansion coefficient 2.0-9.0×10 −6 /° C. surface roughness after polishing 0.05 μm less. sintered body obtained by sintering mixture powdered starting materials at 800-1500° pressure 200 MPa higher.
