摘要: Aluminium (Al) tolerance in barley is conditioned by the Alp locus on long arm of chromosome 4H, which associated with Al-activated release citrate from roots. We developed a high-resolution map using 132 doubled haploid (DH) lines cross between Dayton (Al-tolerant) and Zhepi 2 (Al-sensitive) 2,070 F2 individuals Gairdner (Al-sensitive). The efflux root apices Al-tolerant was 10-fold greater than Al-sensitive parents Gairdner. A suite markers (ABG715, Bmag353, GBM1071, GWM165, HvMATE HvGABP) exhibited complete linkage DH population accounting 72% variation for Al evaluated as relative elongation. These were used to this genomic region Dayton/Gairdner more detail. Flanking HvGABP ABG715 delineated 0.2 cM interval. Since marker not polymorphic we instead investigated expression gene. Relative gene 30-fold Gardiner. Furthermore, F2:3 families tested, including all informative recombinant identified significantly correlated efflux. results identify HvMATE, encoding multidrug toxic compound extrusion protein, candidate controlling barley.
