摘要: Dreidimensionale Mappingsysteme erlauben eine zielgerichtete Diagnostik und Therapie komplexer Herzrhythmusstorungen, zu denen insbesondere atriale Reentry-Tachykardien, Vorhofflimmern auch ventrikulare Tachykardien gehoren. Das Rhythmia™-Mappingsystem (Boston Scientific, Natick, MA, USA) gehort einer neuen Generation von Mappingsystemen, die schnell automatisiert hochauflosende dreidimensionale elektroanatomische Maps mit sehr hohen Punktdichte erzeugen. Hierfur nutzt das System einen 64-poligen, bidirektional steuerbaren Mappingkatheter (IntellaMap Orion™, Boston Scientific), der magnetfeld- impedanzbasiert lokalisiert wird. Bisherige Studien konnten zeigen, dass Rhythmia™-System effektiv sicher in Behandlung atrialer ventrikularer Arrhythmien ist.
