摘要: Aims. Bladder cancer (BCa) is a common in North America and Europe that carries considerable morbidity mortality. A reliable biomarker for early detection of the bladder crucial improving prognosis BCA. In this meta-analysis, we examine diagnostic role angiogenin (ANG) protein patients’ urine with neoplasm. Methods. We performed systematic literature search using ScienceDirect, Web Science, PubMed/MEDLINE, Scopus, Google Scholar, Embase, up to 10th October 2020 databases. Meta-Disc V.1.4 Comprehensive Meta-Analysis V.2.2 software calculated pooled specificity, sensitivity, area under curve (AUC), odds ratio (DOR), positive likelihood (LR+), negative (LR-), index, summary receiver-operating characteristic (SROC) ANG as urinary BCa patients. Results. Four case-control studies were included 656 participants (417 cases 239 controls) meta-analysis. The sensitivity 0.71 (95% CI: 0.66–0.75), specificity 0.78 0.73–0.81), LR+ 3.34 2.02–5.53), LR- 0.37 0.32–0.44), DOR 9.99 4.69–21.28), AUC 0.789 index 0.726 demonstrate acceptable precision identifying BCa. Conclusion. This meta-analysis showed could be fair diagnosis
