摘要: Abstract LiCaBO3:M (M=Eu3+, Sm3+, Tb3+, Ce3+, Dy3+) phosphors were synthesized by a normal solid-state reaction using CaCO3, H3BO3, Li2CO3, Na2CO3, K2CO3, Eu2O3, Sm2O3, Tb4O7, CeO2 and Dy2O3 as starting materials. The emission excitation spectra measured SHIMADZU RF-540 UV spectrophotometer. And the results show that these can be excited effectively near-ultraviolet light-emitting diodes (UVLED), emit red, green blue light. Consequently, are promising for white (LEDs). Under condition of doping charge compensation Li+, Na+ K+, luminescence intensities increased.
