摘要: Endothelial cell migration is stimulated by members of the vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and basic fibroblast (bFGF) families, dependent on extracellular proteolytic activity provided enzymes plasminogen activator (PA) system. Here we report that in bovine microvascular cells (BME cells), bFGF principally increased urokinase-type PA (u-PA) while tissue-type (t-PA) was mainly VEGF. In aortic (BAE u-PA, whereas VEGF had no effect. Co-added t-PA mRNA levels enzyme both types a synergistic manner. Tissue-type immunoreactivity colocalized with von Willebrand factor, marker for Weibel-Palade bodies. number t-PA-positive as well granules per cell. Localization regulated storage endows potential to rapidly increase pericellular environment.
