摘要: 5-Fluorouracil delivery profiles in the form of chitosan-folate submicron particles through skin and melanoma cells in vitro were examined using microwaves as penetration enhancer. The in vivo pharmacokinetic profile 5-fluorouracil was also determined. Chitosan-carboxymethyl-5-fluorouracil-folate conjugate synthesized processed into by spray-drying technique. size, zeta potential, morphology, drug content, release, well permeation retention, pharmacokinetics, SKMEL-28 cell line cytotoxicity, intracellular trafficking drug/particles, a function skin/melanoma treatment at 2,450 MHz for 5 + 5 minutes. level drug/particle retention increased treated microwaves. This facilitated conjugating to chitosan fluidizing both protein lipid domains epidermis dermis. uptake mediated via raft route. It promoted microwaves, which fluidized regimes membrane, this cytotoxicity. In vivo study indicated microwave-enhanced but not permeation. combination synergized delivery.
