摘要: A quick and reliable method for the evaluation classification of two types tissues is presented. Several chemometric methods were applied to evaluate multivariate data tissue samples with respect content trace elements. The Pb, Al, Zn, Cd, Cu, Ni Co was determined in healthy cancerous obtained from 26 patients. Determination done at milligram/kilogram level inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS) techniques. Contents metals studied are not normally distributed; however, normal distribution confirmed log values. There a statistically significant difference Cu Al (p<0.01) (p<0.05) when compared one. Correlation between contents elements positive; highest found Zn Cu. methodology seems be promising tool classifications samples.
