摘要: Abstract Blount disease is associated with complex deformity of the proximal tibia, and some patients will develop knee osteoarthritis. Five (eight knees) or Blount-like underwent total arthroplasty. Mean tibial metaphyseal–diaphyseal angle was 20.75°. Each patient had substantial posteromedial bony defects six knees required extensive medial releases. Two increased constraint at index procedure. One has undergone bilateral revision surgery rotating hinge prostheses. WOMAC scores were 13.5 Knee Society 212.5 average 75.2 month follow-up. Despite technical challenges, these deformities can have successful outcomes after Surgeons should be prepared to address consider constrained arthroplasty
