57Fe Mössbauer study of FeNx (x=0.25≈0.91) alloys

摘要: 57Fe Mossbauer measurements have been perforned at the first time on iron nitrides, FeNx(x>0.5), films prepared by rf sputtering and for γ-FeN0.09, γ'-Fe4N, e-Fe2–3N ζ-Fe2N also performed. Two new phases x>0.5 identified: One has a ZnS-type structure denoted γ" Another phase is γ''' in which atoms constitute fcc lattice but details of occupation sites nitrogen are not yet clear. The isomer shift relative to α-Fe 300 K rather small comparison with that other well known nitrides. roam temperature spectra consist sum two doublets. 10 do indicate magnetically split pattern, those show patterns hyperfine fields 30 T 48 T, respectively. component due oxides,
