摘要: Abstract Cervical cancer (CC) has a high incidence and mortality rate, with low 5-year survival human papillomavirus (HPV) is one of its carcinogenic risks. However, little evidence exists on the impact HPV infection patients CC. In present study, CC cohort immune genes were downloaded from TCGA database ImmPort database, respectively. Subsequently, Gene Set Enrichment Analysis was performed found that status involved in multiple signaling pathways, which revealed might play critical roles response. Then seven prognostic identified according to Using genes, we established an risk score (IRS) signature Kaplan-Meier curve showed IRS significantly correlated poor prognosis both training sets (HR = 2.32, 95% CI = 1.66–3.33; AUC = 0.712) validation (HR = 1.38, CI = 1.02–1.85 AUC = 0.583 TCGA-HNSCC; HR = 2.58, CI = 1.364–4.893, AUC = 0.676 GSE44001). A nomogram combined clinical features established, further analyses demonstrated power predict more reliable than single independent factor. conclusion, this study provided comprehensive understanding correlation between mechanisms as well novel can effectively patients.
