摘要: Failure Mode, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) is used in industry to prevent process or product failures. We studied the feasibility of this method hospital environment. FMECA was improve drug prescription two medical wards. modes were identified classified hierarchically. Corrective actions taken. Involvement all professionals concerned secured, has resulted real acceptance proposed changes their effective realization.
