摘要: Dynamic changes in the distribution of lipid and insoluble polysaccharide reserves Pancratium maritimum L. (Amaryllidaceae) anthers were investigated throughout successive stages pollen development, using cytochemical methods, to determine whether synthesis, transformation, mobilization reserve materials developing follow regular pathway angiosperms support physiological activities pollen. Polysaccharides exhibited a variable pattern from sporogenous cell stage anthesis. Starch granules bodies scarce cytoplasm cells, but their number increased significantly at premeiotic stage. Conversely, starch meiocytes reduced early prophase first meiotic division, then amount showed fluctuations during microsporogenesis. The free vacuolated microspores was poor regarding reserves. However, late microspore stage, small polysaccharides began appear cytoplasm, remarkably bicellular grain. During maturation grains, replaced with lipids. staminal envelope also variations different anther development. dynamic P. consistent such as differentiation, division material synthesis that occur tissue male gametophyte supported normal
