摘要: Review was carried out on important ant- nutritional factors and toxins in animal feed, their effect animals possible mechanisms to reduce toxicity.  The major anti- nutrients found plant protein sources are saponins, cyanogenic glycosides, tannins, phytic acid, oxalates, protease inhibitors, chlorogenic acid amylase inhibitors.  Anti-nutritional compounds which the nutrient utilization and/or feed intake of plants or products used as feeds. Numerous (ANFs) forages can cause toxicity livestock. Some these produced by grasses, legumes other forages. tannin-protein complexes astringent adversely affect and  negative responses. Saponins  performance metabolism through erythrocyte haemolysis, reduction blood liver cholesterol, depression growth rate, bloat (ruminants), inhibition smooth muscle activity, enzyme absorption. Phytic forms  mineral-phytic reduces mineral bioavailability, inhibits action gastrointestinal tyrosinase, trypsin, pepsin, lipase amylase. Oxalic hand binds calcium forms oxalate affects absorption body. positive  tannin feeding includes; increased efficiency utilization, parasite burden, proteolysis during ensilage, prevention, increase quality products, emission into environment defaunate rumen. Saponins have shown a variety activities such antitumor, cholesterol lowering, immune potentiating, anticancer, antioxidants.  A number methods be employed toxic effects antinutrients feed.
