摘要: Context: Hepatitis B vaccination of hemodialysis patients is performed all over the world. There are also recommendations from world health organizations to vaccinate with chronic kidney disease (CKD) prior dialysis commencement, but imple mentation a hepatitis program less common and not well organized. Evidence Acquisition: This review article summarizes data indicating why, when how CKD before they start renal replacement therapy. Publication for this was bringing into being PubMed. Results: an agreement in nephrological societies among clinicians scientists that should be vaccinated early stages their disease, because higher glomerular filtration rate more likely associated responsive ness vaccination. Schedules optimal vaccine doses still investigated. Differences respect these problems may result com parisons various schedules without reference one
