摘要: An hepatitis B immunization programme was initiated in Senegal 1978, and infants included this controlled study have been followed for a period of 2–12 years after immunization. During HBV infections observed both vaccinated non-vaccinated infants. The polymerase chain reaction used to search DNA sequences the sera 153 children with evidence serum markers past or present replication. Amplified were detected 93% HBsAg positive individuals, 58% those only antiHBc antibodies 7.8% antiHBs results confirm high efficiency long-lasting effectiveness HB vaccine.
