摘要: This study used the Facial Action Coding System (FACS; P. Ekman & W. V. Friesen, 1978) to examine abstinent smokers' immediate facial responses while exposed smoking cues. The aim was investigate potential associations between expressions thought be linked ambivalence and more traditional measures of about their habits. Ambivalence during cue exposure operationalized as simultaneous occurrence positive negative affect-related expressions. Thirty-four nicotine-deprived dependent smokers were presented with in vivo cues, coded FACS; participants also completed self-report related smoking. Smokers who displayed ambivalent reported significantly higher scores on three out four than did those not display effect unique displaying expressions, demonstrated just positive, negative, or sequential instances
