摘要: With the exponentially increasing amount of information in biomedical field, significance advanced retrieval and extraction, as well role databases, has been increasing. PRIME is an integrated gene/protein informatics database based on natural language processing. It provides automatically extracted protein/family/gene/compound interaction including both physical genetic interactions, gene ontology functions, graphic pathway viewers. Gene/protein/family names functional terms are recognized dictionaries developed our laboratory. The by syntactic dependencies various phrase patterns. We have included about 920,000 (non-redundant) protein interactions 360,000 annotated gene-function relationships for major eukaryotes. By combining sequence text information, comparison between two organisms simple deduction other organism data, filtering using tissue expression also available. This accessible at http://prime.onlology.ims.u-tokyo.ac.jp:8081.
